Each local Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a community-based organization which provides a consistent set of core services to parents, child care providers, employers and community groups.
Child Care Resource & Referral of Northeast
Iowa is one of five Iowa statewide Child Care
Resource & Referral agencies.
The Region of Northeast Iowa (Region 2) includes: Allamakee, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Cerro Gordo, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Grundy, Hancock, Howard, Mitchell, Winnebago, Winneshiek and Worth Counties.
